Have been using your Vitamin C for years. I feel it curbs colds really don’t get them . Maybe once every three years for a few days but nothing longer. Feel it’s a great supplement to my well being.

We like the time released Capsules better than Caplets. I do not understand how a time released caplet can be released as quickly as capsules
