These are great I've been taking them everyday and feel healthy with them

i started taking this after trying olly's melatonin and although that help me get to sleep it was affecting the effectiveness of my antidepressants so i asked my doctor for an alternative and she recommended magnesium glycinate and it really has improved my quality of sleep as a girly and sleep is a vital part of taking care of my mental health so i appreciate this supplement for also helping with my anxiety cause i remember having sleepless night just because my thoughts were racing at a mile per minute

It works for Knee pain

I'm on my 3rd bottle and I will continue taking it. It was recommended to me for constipation. Although i didn't feel it help me with constipation it has really helped with my knee pain. I stopped taking it for a couple of weeks because i didn't think I was getting any benefits then my knee pain came back. I take 4 pills before bed.

After taking this for a couple weeks, I believe it has helped with my sleep. My alarm actually wakes me up now.

Helps with Sleep

I love my Magnesium Glycinate! I have multiple health issues and one thing they all have in common is magnesium deficiency. I feel so much better since I've started taking this, and appreciate that it's vegan!

Love the vitamins. Never felt so good. The quality is premium and the packaging very chic. The value is excellent 👌

Unfortunately it made no noticeable difference for me. I have anxiety and bad sleep quality and really hoped it would help, I would of spent $100 if it meant I can sleep through the night for even 6 hours. I'm about a month into using it and I take 2 in the morning and 2 before bed and it just doesn't do anything. Maybe magnesium really is a placebo effect or I'm just unlucky. before I run out I will try to take 4 capsules before bed to see if it helps, at this point that's all I want from it as there's no way it'll help with my anxiety.
