In a few days of taking this, my bloating lessened and my appetite decreased. My digestion has really improved.

Unfortunately, I suffer from hemiplegic migraines, and it seems that at least for now it has caused an uptick in my migraine symptoms. I know that sometimes I need to persist through uncomfortable symptoms perhaps die off or something of the like.. But it is something to keep in mind. My migraines can be triggered by hormones stress, even cold weather, and storms. Hoping it will improve over time.

I am loving this product. I have been taking them for 3 weeks. I can feel the effects. My sugar cravings are down and even after eating bad for Christmas there is no bloat or swelling. Usually I have bloat and swelling after the Holidays because of sugar and sodium intakes. Great product! I will purchase again.

I didn't expect to have such immediate results, so I was pleasantly surprised when after only a week, I noticed major improvement in my gut health. I purchased for the Akkermansia , and completely forgot about the GLP-1 part. So, when my appetite began to diminish, I didn't know why. Then I noticed my new probiotic had a GLP-1 component. Clearly not a placebo effect; this stuff really works.

I am a board certified pharmacist who has searched the internet high and low for a good, quality product that wasn't filled with fillers and byproducts. I also suffer from chronic constipation, and when I say chronic, I mean that in every aspect of the word. I currently take a Rx (Linzess) AND the GLP-1 probiotic daily and this product has been a game changer for me. It helps me stay more regular and promotes better gut health. Although I am still battling constipation, this product has changed my gut health for the better and I will not go without it.

I've been using this for just over a month and it really has helped curb my appetite! I still get some cravings but those seem to be more connected to emotional eating than anything else.

I'm very satisfied with smaller portions and find it much easier to resist eating when I'm not hungry. I also feel like I stay full longer but this hasn't slowed my digestion to the point of discomfort, which my sister has experienced taking GLP injections.

Love the probiotic as I am not hungry at all and I have lost 2.5 lbs in the past two months

I’m only about 2 weeks in to taking this, but have noticed a decreased appetite. Not really noticing anything else, but also know that like with any supplement, it can take about 4-6 weeks to really see the benefits. I will continue to take this though and repost as I go!

Been taking for a week or so, noticed a difference on my appetite on the 3rd day! You eat but you feel full faster and longer. Best part I don’t think about eating all the time! Im 62 and have been looking for something like this for a long time 😊

Very effective for me!

I’m still in the early stages of this product so I can’t say I’ve seen full results, but it has definitely affected my appetite. More so, it has helped greatly with a lot of undesirable stomach issues I’ve been having for a long time.

When I take this, I'm not hungry. My stomach will actually growl and I'm reminded, "Oh, I didn't eat but I'm not hungry!" I'm eating less and trying to move more. Color me hopeful.

I like that Codeage supplements are manufactured in the USA. This probiotic seems to be a good anti-aging supplement that has many effective ingredients that work. It does help with my digestion. Easy to take. No taste or after taste.
