30-Day Returns
Return items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

In-Store Returns (Fastest Option)

  • Bring your item and receipt to any store within 30 days
  • Our team will process your return in person

Return Eligibility

Opened Products

  • Opened or unopened items are eligible
  • If multiple units were purchased, only 1 opened item per SKU can be returned

Final Sale Items

  • Clearance and “Final Sale” items are not eligible for return or refund

Third-Party Purchases

  • Orders made through third-party sellers must be handled directly with them

Bulk / Reseller Orders

  • Orders with 10+ of the same SKU or $200+ may be flagged as bulk
  • Bulk or reseller orders are final sale
  • Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

How to Return (By Mail)

  • Include your packing slip (or order number, name, and address)
  • Ship items securely, preferably in original packaging
  • Items must be returned in good condition, with all paperwork and accessories when possible
  • All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Use a trackable/insured shipping method (we are not responsible for lost returns)
  • We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Typically processed within 5 business days after receiving the return
  • Processing times may vary by bank or PayPal

Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item is defective or damaged, email custserv@vitaminworld.com
  • Include photos or videos so our team can review and assist

Order Changes or Cancellations

  • Call (866) 667-8977 as soon as possible
  • Hours: Mon–Fri (9:00 AM–6:00 PM ET), Sat–Sun (10:00 AM–7:00 PM ET)
  • Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled

International Orders

  • All international orders are final sale
  • No returns or refunds
