General Liability

Attendance at this event is strictly voluntary. By choosing to attend, you assume full and sole responsibility for your own health, safety, and personal decisions made before, during, and after the event. The Company shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions, health outcomes, injuries, losses, or personal decisions made as a direct or indirect result of attending this event.

Any product samples, materials, or items distributed at this event are provided “as-is” and without any warranty, guarantee of fitness, or representation of results.

Event staff, hosts, and representatives are not licensed medical professionals. In the event of a medical emergency, attendees must immediately contact emergency services by dialing 911. You hereby waive and release any and all claims, demands, or actions against the Company, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives arising out of or related to your attendance at this event.

Venue Conduct & Property

Attendees are required to treat the Heimat venue and all its property — including furniture, fixtures, decor, equipment, and common areas — with care and respect at all times. Any damage caused directly or indirectly by an attendee shall be the sole financial responsibility of that individual. The Company reserves the right to remove any attendee found to be damaging or misusing venue property and reserves the right to seek full reimbursement for any such damages.

Food & Beverage

Any food and beverages served at this event may contain common allergens including, but not limited to, gluten, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, dairy, and eggs. A complete ingredient list may not be available for all items. Attendees with known food allergies, dietary restrictions, or sensitivities are strongly encouraged to inquire before consuming any item. The Company shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions or health consequences resulting from the consumption of food or beverages at this event. Consumption is entirely at your own risk.

Vitamins & Supplements

Vitamins and dietary supplements provided or distributed at this event have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Individual results may vary and no specific health outcomes are guaranteed or implied.

Supplements distributed at this event may interact with existing medications, prescriptions, or medical conditions. You are strongly advised to consult with your licensed physician or healthcare provider prior to consuming any supplement. Collagen supplements, if provided, may be derived from animal byproducts including bovine or marine sources and may not be suitable for all dietary restrictions. The Company shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions or health consequences resulting from supplement consumption at this event.

Women's Wellness Informational Disclaimer

This event is intended solely for informational and educational purposes. Nothing communicated, presented, distributed, or discussed at this event constitutes medical advice, a medical diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation for any specific health condition. Attendees are advised to consult their healthcare provider before making changes to their diet, supplement regimen, or lifestyle practices.

Any personal results, testimonials, or experiences shared by speakers, panelists, or fellow attendees are individual accounts and are not representative of typical outcomes. The Company makes no guarantees regarding results.

Dispute Resolution

In the interest of resolving disputes in the most expedient and cost-effective manner, you and the Company agree that any dispute arising out of or in any way related to these terms or your attendance at this event will be resolved by binding arbitration. Arbitration uses a neutral arbitrator instead of a judge or jury and can be subject to very limited court review. Arbitrators can award the same damages and relief that a court can award.

YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT, BY ATTENDING THIS EVENT, YOU AND THE COMPANY ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. These terms shall be subject to and governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

Exceptions: Nothing in these terms waives the right of either party to (i) bring an individual action in small claims court; (ii) pursue an enforcement action through an applicable federal, state, or local agency; (iii) seek injunctive relief in aid of arbitration; or (iv) file suit to address an intellectual property infringement claim.

No Class Actions: Each party may only bring claims against the other in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

By checking in to this event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to all terms set forth in this Liability Waiver and Release of Claims.
